I was interviewed by an Executive HR representative. The conversation was very direct, getting immediately to the point. The interviewer asked questions to drive the call effectively. It was a very pleasant conversation and a great exchange of ideas.

Very thorough and required preparation. Got to meet a lot of people to make the right decision. It was as much as I was being interviewed as me interviewing the company.

The interview process is clearly structured and very transparent. Expectation setting is done early, allowing candidates ample time to prepare accordingly. Qualified feedback is provided immediately during the meeting.
