ZScaler has a fantastic name in the market, with some amazing products. The tech stack is top-of-the-line. The San Jose office culture is on par with the best, and the CEO is humble and down-to-earth, mingling with everybody. Benefits are great.
I joined an acquired team that is based out of the East Coast. At best, the culture is that of a high school. While some of the top leadership is extremely talented and helpful, the culture is one of micromanagement, and they made life miserable.
Take that thing out of your rear and give some freedom to people.
