As a Staff MLOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports the deployment of AI & ML models and algorithms. You'll work on optimizing applications and APIs for performance, cost, and usability. This challenging position requires a hands-on approach, first-rate analytical skills, and the ability to overcome obstacles in a fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities include developing and improving CI/CD frameworks for AI & ML model testing, addressing issues in ML frameworks, enhancing user experiences through improved model performance, and supporting model development with a focus on auditability and security. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and interact with clients to provide technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a higher degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, advanced knowledge of Python and ML Flow, and strong cloud engineering skills. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and exposure to machine learning methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities For Staff Machine Learning Ops Engineer - AI/ML Products & Services
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD framework for scalable AI & ML model testing, evaluation, and optimisation
- Assist in identifying and addressing issues in ML frameworks and associated compute
- Enhance user experiences by improving performance and accuracy of generative large language and machine learning models
- Support model development with emphasis on auditability, versioning, and data security
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve ML systems
- Provide education and support in area of expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship robust AI products and services
Requirements For Staff Machine Learning Ops Engineer - AI/ML Products & Services
- Higher degree (PhD or MSc) in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, Quantitative Applied Sciences or related areas
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in AI/ML related engineering
- Advanced knowledge of Python and ML Flow
- Proven capability with general cloud engineering concepts
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to machine learning methodology and best practices
