4most, a leading credit risk and actuarial consultancy firm, is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Ops Engineer to join their innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and ML projects in a dynamic environment.

As a Staff MLOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure that supports the deployment of AI & ML models and algorithms. You'll work on optimizing applications and APIs for performance, cost, and usability. This challenging position requires a hands-on approach, first-rate analytical skills, and the ability to overcome obstacles in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities include developing and improving CI/CD frameworks for AI & ML model testing, addressing issues in ML frameworks, enhancing user experiences through improved model performance, and supporting model development with a focus on auditability and security. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and interact with clients to provide technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a higher degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, advanced knowledge of Python and ML Flow, and strong cloud engineering skills. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and exposure to machine learning methodologies is essential.
