Software Test Automation Engineer

As a Software Test Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software developed for various federal agencies. You'll work closely with developers, professional services teams, and product managers to define and implement automated testing components.

Your responsibilities will include validating requirements against developed software, analyzing automation results, and generating reports. You'll be involved in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for driving positive change in government missions.

Key qualifications include:

• 2+ years of hands-on automated test coding experience using Java
• Experience with Serenity and/or Cucumber
• Familiarity with various testing phases (Functional, Integration, System, and User Acceptance)

Bonus skills include experience with open-source automated test frameworks, development experience in C++ or C#, proficiency with Java development tools, and knowledge of front-end development including JavaScript frameworks. Experience in large-scale Federal IT Programs and the SAFe Agile delivery framework is also valued.
