As part of the AddeU Internship Program, you'll work on meaningful projects at the forefront of financial technology, collaborating with the Research Team to enable research with quality at scale. Responsibilities For Software Engineer Intern - Research Engineering Team
- Work on meaningful projects in research engineering
- Ship production code regularly
- Learn and demonstrate engineering standard processes and principles
- Practice communicating up/down/laterally
- Navigate ambiguity
- Produce a retrospective and demonstrate summer project to internal audience
- Work alongside talented, senior and staff engineers
- Build frameworks for researchers

Requirements For Software Engineer Intern - Research Engineering Team
- Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution in US or Canada
- Must be returning to school after internship
- Available for full 12 weeks
- Extraordinary talent in software engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of development standard processes
- Experience working in a team
- Ability to explore complex problems spaces objectively
- Ability to learn in a fast paced environment
