Senior Software Engineer, Perception

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Perception to join our team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our perception systems, working with cutting-edge technologies including LiDAR, Radar, and camera systems. You'll be responsible for training and deploying sophisticated 2D/3D object detection models, building robust data pipelines, and architecting deterministic secondary perception systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with multi-modal datasets and directly impact the future of autonomous ground handling operations.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in perception systems, with at least 3 years of focused experience in sensing, preprocessing, detection, and tracking. Your proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS2 will be essential, as will your ability to work autonomously while mentoring junior team members.
