Informatics Delivery Engineer

Agilent Technologies, a global leader in laboratory and clinical technologies with over 18,000 employees worldwide, is seeking an Informatics Delivery Engineer to join their team in Mumbai. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on implementing and supporting Agilent's scientific software solutions.

The position requires a skilled professional who can bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success. You'll be responsible for both pre-sales support and post-implementation technical delivery, working with OpenLab solutions and SLIMS. As an Informatics Delivery Engineer, you'll be involved in the entire customer journey - from initial requirements gathering and solution demonstration to implementation and ongoing support.
