Responsibilities For Operation Systems - Full Stack Developer
- Lead and manage ongoing development activities for policy administration system
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver system changes for new product launches
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather system requirements
- Manage team of business analysts, developers, and testers
- Ensure system changes are well-documented

Requirements For Operation Systems - Full Stack Developer
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of overall experience in insurance, technology, or business transformation
- 5+ years leading large-scale policy administration system implementation
- Successful end-to-end software design and implementation experience
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Japanese and English language proficiency
- Understanding of infrastructure, database management, and networking
- Financial Service Industry knowledge
