Responsibilities For Operation Systems - Full Stack Developer
- Lead and manage ongoing development activities for the existing policy administration system
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver system changes for new product launches
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate system requirements
- Manage a team of business analysts, developers, testers, and vendor partners
- Ensure system changes are well-documented and aligned with enterprise architecture
- Coordinate release management and deployment planning
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
- Provide leadership and technical guidance for issue resolution
Requirements For Operation Systems - Full Stack Developer
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of overall experience in insurance, technology, or business transformation roles
- 5+ years of direct experience leading large-scale policy administration system implementation
- Successful end-to-end software design and implementation experience
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of infrastructure, database management technologies, and networking
- Japanese and English language proficiency
- Project management certification (preferred)
- Experience in insurance technology platforms
