Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack, BizTech

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their CRM Engineering team's Community Platform initiative. This role focuses on building a groundbreaking social platform that will revolutionize how Airbnb connects with its community members. The position sits within a team that develops crucial tools for growth and relationship management between Airbnb and its diverse stakeholders, including hosts, guests, law enforcement, and government regulators.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the Community Platform, which aims to enable local community collaboration, support community leaders, facilitate events, and provide improved resources. This platform is part of a broader ecosystem that includes Growth Platform, Policy Platform, Agent Tools, and Aircover Claims Platform.

As a Full Stack engineer, you'll be deeply involved in shaping the technical vision and delivering scalable solutions. The role requires expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on creating user-centric features that drive community engagement. You'll work in a collaborative environment, participating in the entire development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
