Responsibilities For Inflight Training Program Developer

  • Develop adult-based learning programs for flight attendants
  • Collaborate with Training Management and stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Maintain Learning Management System (LMS) curriculum data
  • Evaluate training modules and curriculum success
  • Maintain classroom and lesson plan content from regulatory revisions
  • Create and storyboard media for training modules
  • Track all changes and edits to the Inflight Training program
  • Support Instructors with continuous improvement in content facilitation

Requirements For Inflight Training Program Developer

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years as an Inflight Instructor, ATS, Inflight Supervisor, and/or Inflight Management
  • Minimum two years as a classroom instructor or instructional development experience
  • Previous Flight Attendant experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time
