Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role is critical in driving productivity and improving efficiency for account executives, account managers, and sales development representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce org and associated technology stack
• Represent the Revenue organization as a technical leader across all business units
• Interpret and scope business requirements for new internal projects
• Provide real-time support on the tech stack and troubleshoot issues
• Evaluate and identify areas of opportunity across the technology stack, processes, and workflows

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working with a Revenue organization
• Minimum 10+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator and developer
• 7+ years of experience with technical implementations of Salesforce
• 5+ years experience developing in modern high-level languages (e.g., Java, Python)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration and development, especially LWC and SFDX
• Experience with complementary technologies including Frontend JS frameworks, SOAP/REST API consumption, and containerization
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

AlphaSense offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $179,500 - $198,500, along with potential performance-based bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits program.

This is a remote position within the United States, requiring availability to work East Coast hours with the Revenue team. The successful candidate will join a dynamic, growing company that serves over 4,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500.
