We're seeking a product-oriented Software Engineer with 3+ years in backend and 2+ years in frontend development. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a user-first approach to technical solutions.
As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Alt, you'll:
- Own end-to-end development of products and features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement tasks
- Make informed trade-offs between speed, quality, and functionality
- Address technical challenges for optimal performance and scalability
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship
