You'll act as a 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, helping customers get the most out of their Product and Support investment.

The role involves primarily solving customer cases through various channels (phone, email, web/live chat), applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and diving deep into root causes. You may also coach new hires, develop training, partner with development teams, participate in hiring, write tools/scripts, and work on process improvements.
