Join AWS Support Engineering team as a Cloud Support Engineer specializing in Networking. You'll be part of a 24/7 Japanese language support team, working with customers to solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation.

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer I (Networking)

Linux
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Excellent Japanese communication skills (verbal and written)
  • English communication skills (reading and writing)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00-21:00, including weekend rotations
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and RFC specifications
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting and providing solutions to customers
