Description For Cloud Support Engineer - Security, Support Engineering

Amazon Web Services is the market leader and technology forerunner in the Cloud business. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will act as the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, assisting a global list of companies and developers taking advantage of AWS services to run their mission-critical applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solving customer cases through various contact channels (telephone, email, web/live chat)
  • Applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions
  • Diving deep into the root cause of issues
  • Coaching/mentoring new hires
  • Developing & presenting training
  • Partnering with development teams on complex issues
  • Participating in new hiring
  • Writing tools/scripts to help the team
  • Working on process improvement and strategic initiatives
