Data Engineer II, AWS Analytics Engineering

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations from foundational services such as Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). As a Data Engineer on the AWS Product BI team, you will:

• Be a technical leader owning the technical architecture of BI and Data platforms
• Work with very large datasets in one of the world's largest data warehouse environments
• Design, develop, and deploy data management and business intelligence systems
• Build secure, scalable data solutions using various storage technologies
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions
• Design data warehousing, enterprise system architecture, and data processing solutions
• Ensure infrastructure supports system performance and availability requirements

You'll be part of the AWS Product BI team supporting business intelligence needs for Compute, Storage, Networking, Automation & Messaging, Management Tools and Developer Tools product families. The team owns data, metrics and reporting, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions through Daily Reports, WBRs, Analyses/Narratives and Datasets.
