Amazon Robotics is seeking an Integration & Change Engineer to join their innovative team focused on robotics and automation systems. This role combines technical expertise with change management to ensure smooth deployment of robotic systems across Amazon's global facilities.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced mobile robotics platforms, managing system configurations, service integrations, and change deployments. You'll be responsible for fleet change management and software retrofit initiatives that improve performance, reliability, and safety of Amazon's robotics systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and executing change management processes for robotics systems
- Planning and implementing change requests across multiple Amazon sites
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Monitoring change queues and ensuring compliance with control procedures
- Cross-functional collaboration with Software, Retrofit, Hardware, and Deployment teams
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Providing expert guidance on change-related issues
The role requires working Sunday through Thursday (9 AM - 5 PM EST) from either the Westborough MA or Austin TX office. You'll be part of Amazon's cutting-edge robotics division, working on technology that transforms customer experiences worldwide.

Responsibilities For Integ. & Change Engineer, Robotic Integration & Change
- Own and execute change management processes for Amazon Robotics systems
- Plan, coordinate, and implement change requests across multiple Amazon sites
- Assess risks and propose mitigation plans for system changes
- Monitor change queues and ensure compliance with control procedures
- Work with cross-functional teams on deployments and integrations
- Collect and analyze Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback
- Provide subject matter expertise in change management
Requirements For Integ. & Change Engineer, Robotic Integration & Change
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- 2+ years of experience in change management, system integration, robotics, automation QA or relevant technical field
- Understanding of change control processes and best practices
- Experience working with Linux environments and AWS-based systems
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system changes in a fast-paced operational environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
