Amazon's Rapid Asset Deployment (RAD) organization is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to join their growing global team. This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and software development, supporting Amazon's fulfillment facilities worldwide. As part of the OpsTech Solutions team, you'll be responsible for managing IT infrastructure and end-user equipment across Amazon's global fulfillment network.

The position offers a unique opportunity to impact Amazon's physical fulfillment operations directly. You'll be working on initiatives that power the delivery of millions of customer orders, including supporting new site launches globally. The role combines traditional IT support with software development, requiring both technical troubleshooting skills and programming abilities.
