The role involves high-quality network operations, deployments, scaling, and technology refresh, while working closely with automation teams to define tools for higher volume scaling.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing network changes, leading network projects, providing critical network support, troubleshooting routing and connectivity issues, and maintaining networking standards. The position requires participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $127,400 to $212,800 depending on location, plus potential equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
