NASC Engineering is searching for an innovative and solutions-oriented Operations Engineers to lead Material Flow Optimization (MFO) Process initiatives in developing and delivering next generation, world-class sortation and transportation systems. This position will have an impact on both design and process design engineering for the NASC.
Key responsibilities: • Coordinate efforts to develop optimal solutions and processes for the sortation and transportation network through material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property considerations. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate high-quality, cost-effective solutions in very short periods of time. • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors. • Effective communication skills, ability to execute the vision, detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions.
