Principal Systems Dev Engineer - SAP BRIM, Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO)

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking an exceptional Principal Systems Development Engineer to join the Kuiper's Commercial Revenue Operations team. Our ideal teammate possesses a natural curiosity, sharp analytical skills, and is excited to build products and processes for our commercial business. We are looking for an individual that can lead architecture, design and implementation of SAP BRIM solution for subscription management, recurrent billing, invoicing, payments and tax.

The candidate will work extensively with senior business leaders to understand business requirements and work with engineers to build solutions on SAP BRIM and integrate with other third part (Salesforce) and first party Amazon systems.

As a Principal Systems Dev Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, architecting, implementing and deploying end to end deliverables. You will apply both business and technical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment. You thrive through building consensus and driving teams towards results. You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

You will take on large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces to deliver them in a successful and timely manner. You will communicate program status to executive leadership (including VPs and Senior VPs) via mechanisms such as monthly and weekly business reviews. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.
