Join Amazon's Recipient Experience (REX) team as an SDE II, where you'll shape the delivery experience for millions of customers worldwide. The team is responsible for building customer-facing experiences that ensure transparent and flexible delivery services that customers love. As part of the Customer Shipment Tracking and Control (CSTRAC) team, you'll oversee the management and tracking of billions of packages, developing and maintaining Amazon's package tracking system and website.

In this role, you'll lead engineering design and development, working with a team of engineers and product partners. The position requires high standards for code quality, testing, and operational excellence. You'll have the autonomy to build solutions from Day One, creating mechanisms for achieving results and iterating improvements.

The CSTRAC team is instrumental in developing many of Amazon's retail features, managing the entire package tracking system that answers customers' "Where's my stuff?" questions. The team's technical vision includes providing an advanced, modular service architecture for accurate package tracking information, while also enabling customers to control delivery details even during transit.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary range of $129,300-$223,600 depending on location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
