As part of the Customer Shipment Tracking and Control (CSTRAC) team, you'll be instrumental in managing and tracking billions of packages worldwide, developing retail features, and maintaining the package tracking system that answers customers' "Where's my stuff?" questions.
In this role, you'll lead engineering design and development, working with a team of engineers and product partners. The position requires high standards for code quality, testing, and operational excellence. You'll create mechanisms for achieving results and iterating improvements, with the autonomy to build solutions from Day One.
The CSTRAC team manages the entire package tracking ecosystem, from customer-facing websites to underlying technology.
