  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise on troubleshooting engineering issues
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering teams, and Safety to support MHE systems optimization
  • Maintain and troubleshoot material handling control systems
  • Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues
  • Provide escalation support to automation engineers
  • Facilitate Failure Analysis and Incident Review processes

  • Communicate technical issues to leadership and teams

Requirements For Senior Automation Engineer

Java
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or equivalent, or 4+ years of PLC programming or automation engineering experience
  • 2+ years of process or production environment related PLC-controlled automation experience
  • 2+ years of robotics work cells and control systems experience
  • 2+ years of Siemens, Allen-Bradley or Codesys Ladder Logic programming experience
  • 2+ years of electrical theory, robotics, controls components experience
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
