Senior SDE, Amazon Privacy, Amazon Privacy

Amazon Privacy team is looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their autonomous, cross-functional team designing, building, and operating strategic feature sets. The team, part of Amazon's eCommerce Foundation group, delivers solutions that manage customer's most important personal data and builds tools allowing application owners to attest to privacy practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working on a modern data-driven UI platform to render dynamic web applications using React, Redux, and related technologies
• Assisting in re-architecting a monolithic application into smaller code packages or microfrontends
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in front-end web technologies
• Writing high-quality, clean, efficient, and well-documented code to create reusable and modular components

The role is cross-functional, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to influence, and earn the trust of software engineers, technical and business leadership. You'll work with Product managers, build wireframes/prototypes, innovate to improve customer experience, and measure customer behavior.
