Senior Software Development Engineer, AWS Identity and Access Management

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Identity team is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join their Identity and Access Management (IAM) division. This role is crucial in building and operating the authentication and authorization stack for the AWS cloud, processing billions of transactions per second worldwide. The role involves leading software development initiatives within a highly technical space, working with distributed systems at massive scale. As part of the IAM Control Plane teams, you'll work on core storage fleet management components, including building fleets, managing data replication, and providing disaster recovery capabilities. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
