The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with distributed systems, and knowledge of machine learning frameworks and generative AI technologies.

The TSE Ops Tech team is part of the larger Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization within SPS, focusing on guaranteeing customers a trustworthy shopping and ordering experience on Amazon. You'll be working specifically with the COMS Team, which owns Medux, a Human In The Loop (HITL) system that facilitates Operations teams with automated work allocation and skill management.
