As the Software Development Engineer for Born Inclusive, you will be responsible for delivering the tools and processes required to deeply embed inclusion and equity into everything Amazon creates. Born Inclusive is a new program that will provide the tools, processes, and guidance to enable Amazon's product, engineering, user experience, and science teams to easily build inclusion into everything they create.
You will work on improving products used by Amazon's 1.5 million employees and hundreds of millions of customers worldwide. The compensation package is comprehensive, ranging from $129,300 to $223,600 base salary depending on location, plus equity, sign-on payments, and full benefits including medical and financial benefits.
