As a Software Development Engineer on the Amazon Connect team, you will:

• Work on developing next-generation contact center technology
• Own code end-to-end from design to development
• Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS
• Build scaleable, resilient systems while maintaining customer focus
• Work with modern web technologies, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, and Big Data
