Software Development Engineer, CloudWatch, Amazon Intelligent Operations

CloudWatch collects monitoring and operational data in the form of logs, metrics, and events, providing a unified view of AWS resources, applications and services that run on AWS, and on-premises servers.

As a Software Development Engineer for the CloudWatch organization, you will be responsible for:

• Working in an agile team to design, build and maintain highly available and massively scaled systems used by millions of users worldwide.
• Designing and implementing complex software with the highest quality for the services you and your team own.
• Helping expand our services across all AWS Regions.
• Diving deep on operational issues to understand root cause and apply fixes to avoid repetition of events.
• Mentoring junior engineers.

CloudWatch is one of the largest real-time data platforms in the world, processing more than 13 quadrillion metric observations per month!
