Software Development Engineer II, EBS, AWS DRS

AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (DRS) is a disaster recovery service provided by AWS that enables organizations to minimize downtime and data loss with fast, reliable recovery of on-premises and cloud-based applications.

As a Software Development Engineer II on the DRS team, you will:

• Participate in the full lifecycle of AWS services including requirements definition, software design, implementation and product ownership
• Help define product features, refine system architecture, and spearhead best practices
• Design and implement solutions meeting high availability, performance, and security requirements
• Work on complex system software and build large-scale distributed systems
• Develop automation testing as part of CI/CD pipeline
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
• Mentor team members on technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical partners
