Software Development Engineer - Sponsored Brands, Advertiser & Partner Experience, SB APEX

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced software engineer for the Sponsored Brands team. This role involves evolving the value proposition of Sponsored Brands to drive brand performance advertising at scale. You'll work on building advertiser controls, experiences, and recommendations, making them available via Amazon Ads Console and Amazon Ads API. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with distributed systems, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Key responsibilities include developing scalable services, translating requirements into robust solutions, working with data science teams on machine learning techniques, and mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of system design or architecture experience
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Full software development life cycle experience (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience building complex software systems delivered to customers (preferred)

Amazon offers a competitive compensation package, including equity and a range of benefits. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on the geographic market.
