AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
As an experienced engineer on the AWS Kumo team, you will be part of a team responsible for building large-scale customer-impacting and long term architecture initiatives, defining and solving endemic problems. You will work on complex problems, like preserving the customer promise of safety, ease of use and low cost. Senior engineers enjoy mentoring more junior engineers through one-on-one mentoring.

The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year to $191,800/year, with additional compensation potentially including equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of benefits.
