Description For Sr. Product Support Engineer

Prime Air, an innovative project at Amazon, is seeking an experienced Engineer for the Product Support Organization team. This role involves driving deployment of hardware and software functionality, investigating issues, and designing ground support equipment for a critical program across various disciplines.

You'll work with engineering, manufacturing, and operational functions across all Prime Air teams to drive efficient delivery and solve ambiguous problems. The role requires strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, regulatory understanding, and the ability to convert lessons learned into requirement updates.
