- Participate in strategic Deployment Readiness projects
- Interface with field deployment and hardware design teams
- Define deployment metrics
- Validate and provide feedbacks to deployment models
- Conduct in-depth and controlled experimentations to improve deployment rate
- Conduct field trials and analyze data
- Propose, validate, and document best practices
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- BS in Computer Science, Electrical, Manufacturing, Operations Research, Industrial or Software Engineering, Physics, or equivalent through experience
- 3+ years relevant experience in engineering, with at least one position in team leadership roles

- Experience with systems testing and validation, including end-to-end system integration
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize complex workstreams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
