Responsibilities For Associate Software Engineer - Talent & Performance

  • Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment
  • Manage software delivery scope, risk, and timeline
  • Contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology
  • Develop innovative solutions using generative AI technologies
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Design, develop, and implement applications and modules
  • Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests
  • Work closely with product team and business team
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications

Requirements For Associate Software Engineer - Talent & Performance

  • Bachelor's degree and 0 to 3 years of Computer Science, IT or related field experience OR Diploma and 4 to 7 years of experience
  • Good understanding of UX design principles
  • Experience with Jira for project management
  • Hands-on experience with SDLC
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or other programming languages
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams
