Sr Machine Learning Engineer

This role represents the highest level of individual contributor expertise in building and scaling end-to-end machine learning and generative AI platforms.

The position sits at the crucial intersection of engineering excellence and data science enablement, where you'll be responsible for designing core services, infrastructure, and governance controls that enable hundreds of practitioners to work with ML models, deep learning, and LLMs securely and cost-effectively. As a "player-coach," you'll be instrumental in establishing platform strategy and technical standards while collaborating with various teams including DevOps, Security, Compliance, and Product.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and enterprise software, with deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, GenAI tooling, and cloud technologies.
