Responsibilities For Early Career Electrical Engineer

  • Design electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, PCB design, and system level integration
  • Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries
  • Develop low-level firmware/software for microcontrollers, embedded Linux systems
  • Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers
  • Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments
  • Concurrently manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages

Requirements For Early Career Electrical Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 3 months - 2 years of technical work including technical internship
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers
  • Familiarity with software development processes and tools
  • Familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB)
  • Familiarity with embedded Linux development
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent
  • Proficiency with C/C++ and common languages
  • Must be a U.S. Person
