The Information Intelligence Infrastructure team is building groundbreaking technology for search, natural language processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our infrastructure is the back-bone of Apple Intelligence, powering the largest Apple foundation models on servers and a wide range of services including Apple Search, Apple Music, AppleTV, AppStore, iMessages, Photos & Camera, Spotlight, Safari, Siri and upcoming products.

As a Machine Learning Engineer on our team, you'll work with one of the most exciting high-performance computing environments, handling petabytes of data and millions of queries per second. You'll have the opportunity to optimize billions of parameter language, vision, and speech models using state-of-the-art technologies at Apple's scale.

We take full end-to-end ownership of our services, meticulously driving them through conception, design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance. You'll work on incredibly complex large-scale systems with trillions of records, collaborate with the Foundation Model Research team to optimize inference for cutting-edge model architectures, and partner with product teams to build production-grade solutions serving millions of customers in real-time.
