AIML -Software Engineer - Machine Learning Platform & Infrastructure

Apple's Information Intelligence teams are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Machine Learning Platform & Infrastructure team. This role focuses on building groundbreaking technology for algorithmic search, machine learning, and artificial intelligence that powers Spotlight search, Foundation models, and Siri. The team works with one of the most exciting high-performance computing environments, handling petabytes of data and building features that impact hundreds of millions of users.

The role involves working on Search infrastructure at Apple, designing and building systems that support Spotlight and Siri features. You'll have end-to-end ownership of pipelines and services, from conception to operations, working with large-scale systems containing trillions of rows and many petabytes of data. The team is responsible for numerous latency-sensitive services, jobs, and pipelines within Search infrastructure engineering.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, drive feature development from inception to production, and contribute to improving experimentation processes.
