AppleCare Senior Engineering Project Manager

At Apple, innovation is at the core of everything we do. We are seeking an extraordinary Engineering Project Manager to join our AppleCare Support Engineering team. This role will manage tentpole initiatives across the AppleCare space, supporting initiatives with Software Engineering partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support new programs and drive product innovations
• Work collaboratively with AppleCare and Software Engineering
• Conduct costing analysis and drive investigations
• Manage high-level programs and new product introductions
• Oversee the evolution of the multi-year AppleCare improvements roadmap

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of combined experience in engineering project or product management
• Solid understanding of software lifecycle and AppleCare landscape
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities
• Proficiency in managing multiple efforts simultaneously
• Engineering/Technical background (preferred)

Apple offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay between $165,500 and $293,800, potential stock awards, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
