Apple's Marcom team is seeking a Retail Brand Manager to lead strategy, creative development, and integration for Apple Retail Store and Online Store initiatives. This role serves as a crucial bridge between the Retail business and Marcom teams, focusing on creating innovative, best-in-class customer experiences. The position requires expertise in developing first-party applications and digital platforms, with a focus on evolving customer experiences across physical stores and digital environments. The ideal candidate will drive commerce, engagement, loyalty, and brand equity through omnichannel solutions.

Requirements For Brand Manager, Retail Platforms

  • 8+ years experience in design agency, digital experience agency and/or in-house marketing or product experience
  • Experience working on consumer initiatives on digital marketing platforms
  • Strong leadership and cross functional management skills
  • Expert-level communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience working with international partners
  • Strong critical thinking, project management, and creative development experience
  • Extremely detail oriented with exceptional follow-through skills
