Quality Engineer, Internal Tools

At Apple, we're looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Hardware Technologies Tools and Process team. This role focuses on automating testing and verifying web applications used for operational needs within the organization. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be instrumental in expanding our quality program through increased automation and maintaining high quality standards for our software development.

The position involves working with applications written in Python and JavaScript, where you'll design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and automated test scripts. You'll collaborate closely with developers to ensure the reliability and quality of our internal tools and processes that support teams across all product lines at Apple.

Key responsibilities include developing new test cases, optimizing existing test suites, and ensuring the scalability of our testing processes. You'll work with modern technologies including Django, React, and cloud platforms like AWS with Kubernetes. Your expertise in testing frameworks such as PyTest and Playwright will be essential in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes.
