SoC - ATE Test Engineer

You'll ensure Apple products and services can seamlessly and efficiently handle the tasks that make them beloved by millions. We are seeking an engineer to develop ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification and production of SoC devices specializing in the testing but not limited to logic, memory, and custom IP.

You will collaborate with cross functional team to prepare test plan and develop test program for Apple silicon. Debug, qualify and ramp pre and post silicon.

Develop and document test plan for new devices.

Design and debug test SW & HW.

Debug new silicon.

Bring quality and efficient test solutions for mass production.

Coordinate test related activities with both internal and external group.

Evaluate new product's testability and operability.
