Responsibilities For Field Applications Engineer

  • Spend majority of time in front of customers to influence component selection
  • Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs
  • Manage supplier and customer expectations
  • Identify solutions and resolutions to customer design needs
  • Present technical seminars and workshops
  • Provide technical support and consulting
  • Participate in strategic branch meetings and QBR
  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions
  • Partner with sales team for pre and post-sales activities

Requirements For Field Applications Engineer

  • 4-year technical degree (engineering preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with system/board/engineering solutions and electronic components
  • Experience with board-level/circuit design engineering
  • Intermediate-to-advanced level experience using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Competency with CRM and Business Intelligence tools
  • Must be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person
