Staff Software Engineer, Site Reliability

Asana is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Site Reliability to join their new SRE team in Warsaw. This role represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of reliability engineering at a rapidly growing company. The position isn't a traditional ops role, but rather focuses on building reliable, distributed systems. You'll work alongside teams in San Francisco and Reykjavik, helping establish Warsaw as a significant hub for infrastructure engineering.

The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, as you'll help define and implement critical reliability processes while working with modern technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, and various databases and programming languages. You'll be part of a sustainable on-call rotation shared across global teams, handling approximately one incident per day.
