Sales Engineer, Scribe

This role bridges the gap between sales, product, and engineering departments, ensuring seamless technical demonstrations and a deep understanding of processes compared to competitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations
• Collaborate with customers and engineering team to align system requirements
• Provide technical support to the sales team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Plan and coordinate product modifications
• Assist clients in resolving product usage issues
• Recommend new and improved products to customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant experience in a technical sales role, preferably in healthcare
• Strong technical acumen and ability to articulate complex product details
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
