The role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer

  • Represent the company as a customer-facing technical resource
  • Ensure timely and professional response to customer service needs
  • Conduct and prioritize preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs
  • Find root causes to issues and provide solutions
  • Assist with installation of new technologies
  • Test machines for performance and safety
  • Escalate issues to tech support or engineering when required
  • Create regular reports on performance KPIs and system usage data

Requirements For Field Service Engineer

  • 3+ years field experience
  • Engineering degree (BSc) in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software
  • Technical knowledge of MS SQL Server and SQL databases
  • Understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
  • Familiarity with remote desktop and help desk applications
  • Ability to provide technical help, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Experience diagnosing and fixing industrial equipment
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to use basic hand/power tools
  • Basic mechanical understanding
