As a Happiness Engineer, you'll be on the frontline, ensuring the best experience for users of Automattic's software and services. Your role will involve assisting customers through various channels, including email, live chat, voice, and video calls. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide educational walkthroughs, and engage in consultative sales calls.
